Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of Money I purchased this product to redo my pavers at poolside. Worst product in the world. I had a professional power wash, clean and spray on this product. After applying two coats of spraying (9 Gallon) did not see any good results. He followed directions as instructed on container. Contacted Behr and complained about product. They said I should of had the product rolled on and that the spraying did not apply enough of the product. They sent me free of charge 8 gallon to roll on. Had the contractor apply another two coats of product, which was and additional charge. Same result did not see any improvement. I spent alot of money on the contractor and the original 9 gallons purchased to do this project and all I got was a milky spotty finish. I would not recommend this product, it is a waste of alot of money. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE END RESULTS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic product I had painted my basement concrete floor and spread the sprinkles over it. I needed a product to put over the sprinkles to keep them from coming up when swept. I found this water-based product and applied it over the floor surface with a lamb's wool pad. It worked like a charm. I applied several coats to increase the protection and the shine. I love this product and would highly recommend it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Took 3 coats I purchased this product to freshen up my existing sealer and seal some new polymeric sand joints . It did well on the freshen up part. It absolutely did not seal the new joints where water runs off roof to pavers below. Even after application of 3 coats and soaking it in. 9 days after it was applied. 90 percent of the sand was washed out. If you have gutters on your project it may last better. Where water doesn’t splash directly on it, it works well

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Was expecting better. I had used other brands with success and chose the behr high gloss because I expected a similar wet look. Very disappointed in the results. It was at best below average results.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy at all. Have fairly new stamped concrete. I waited for a while before sealing just to let the concrete weather a bit. Had professional painters (who have done this before) apply it believing process would go smooth. Well finished product did not look like what the patio looked like before. One section came out fine but my other sections had a lot of light/dark contrast, and worst of all areas where it looked like a paint like substance had been spilled or blotted. I’m hoping with time this will weather away ...hoping!!! Just spent several thousand on this patio, and wanted that nice fished I wish I would have left it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Need to remove it - Help I followed all directions and have used the product on 3 driveways (brick pavers). Not really the result I was looking for. It does give a "sheen" but doesn't od much for the wet look. It doesn't have any milky or white spots, but even after curing, tire marks are all over the pavers. I need to now remove it. Since it is a water based product, can you give me the steps to remove it using a stripper and power washer? I used a 3100 psi power washer. Will that be enough?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Milky white Put 4 coats on driveway, per instructions and now have a big mess on my hands. 50% of the job turned milky white and looks terrible. Have used Behr paint products for years and have been very pleased with product up to now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick and Easy to Apply I used Behr Premium Wet-Look Sealer to give our driveway and porch stairs a good seal before Winter. I applied the sealer to broomed concrete and exposed aggregate. It was applied with a roller (brush for the edges). I was happy with the results, but was hoping the wet-look would give the aggregate a "new" appearance. The sealer adds a sheen only, however, not a renewed, darker appearance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, but do it right This looks great in the backyard! However if it’s too thick when you put it on it will cave cloudy upon drying. Key is to do several thin layers using a paint roller. While the spray is faster, it leaves too much behind. If you must use a sprayer, then use a roller afterwards to thin it out! Have a cleanup rag handy too for crevices the roller cant get to.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wet Look Sealer I had a 24' x 30' garage built this last summer in June 2018. The floor has a 4" thick layer of cement. In August I applied 3 layers of Behr wet look sealant. Drying time between coats was 2-3 days. We went away on vacation and after returning, waited a total time of 15 days before driving any vehicle into the garage. I really liked the method used and ease of applying the coatings to the floor. However, what I am finding is that the tires from my cars are leaving permanent tread marks, rusty brown in color, in the coating. So now I have several tread markings in the floor near all the tires depending on where I park each vehicle? I was pretty confident that the floor was completely dried before use. Do you have any idea why this is happening, it does not look like it is reversible without possibly sanding each stain location back down to bare cement? Any help regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Product We applied this according to instructions and like so many others, our pavers dried to a dull milky white finish. I wouldn't normally post a negative review, except I went to the website to try to chat with someone, and got a message that due to high volume, no one was available to help me. Now I am on the hunt for a good paver stripper so we can start over. I will not attempt to apply a thin second layer like the Behr people are recommending to other with this issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from MILKY LOOK I followed the Low Luster product instructions exactly. My husband and I worked together and Sprayed it on and followed by back rolling. I applied it on a sunny 70 Deg day. It dropped to mid 50's thru the night. The next day I have a milky white finish. I called the 800 Behr number on the product and the customer service rep was very nice but told me I had 2 options. 1) Apply a 2nd coat in a small area to release the sealer and turn clear. 2) Apply a stripper (not sure what is a water solvent stripper) I don't know which option to go with. I read all of the reviews and it sounds like many people have had this same issue many times but I want to know how they fixed it. You can see in the picture half of the pavers with the sealer that looks grey and half without sealer

Rated 1 out of 5 by from only rated 1 star because cannot rate "0" I used per directions on stone around pool. The stone does NOT have a wet look. It is shiny but has a white looking glaze with the stone looking DULLER than before. Had to use a pressure washer to get it removed and used a different commercial product that was perfect. This product is terrible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Results -- So far, so good We have between 4,000 to 5,000 square feet of 13-year-old stamped concrete including driveway, walkways & back patio. We had sealed it once before with another produce about 7 or 8 years ago. Was starting to get pretty shabby looking and losing its luster and color and even starting to chip in spots. Thought we'd take a chance at sealing it again and try Behr Wet Look Sealer. Purchased 15 gallons. The product appeared milky (almost lavender). We applied the product using rollers in about 78 to 80 degree weather. I used 2 coats following the instructions, and it came out beautifully. When we got to the back patio, I got creative and added a couple teaspoons of burnt umber tint and mixed well. Applied 2 coats as I did the driveway, and I was pleasantly surprised at the subtle color this added to the mostly grey stamped patio. It's now been about 3 to 4 weeks since we finished the project. The weather here in Sparks, NV can change drastically, It went from snow and cold to over 100 degrees. Also, a couple rain storms. Our concrete looks beautiful. Just don't know how long the product will last. Hoping for the best. Thanks for a great product that was fairly simple to apply!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Behr Paint Plus Primer With the first brush stroke, I was surprised at how smoothly the paint could be applied to a metal door. However, the more I used it the more streaks I had when using a brush. Then I switched to a roller and the paint went on great. It took two coats, but the doors look very nice! Then, I decided to try the same paint on a wooden window sash that had not been primed. The paint did not go on evenly and it seemed to dry very quickly. I will go back to the paint without the primer to complete this project. The Paint + Primer product seems to gum up the outer layers of the brush hairs so that when I am trying to get a smooth line at a junction or at an edge, the gummed hairs tend to trail and smear to the next surface. Also, when cleaning the brush, I have a hard time getting all of the paint product out of the outer hairs of the brush. The Paint + Primer seems to get sticky very quickly and gums up my brush. I have soaked the brush overnight and it is still difficult to remove the paint from the outer hairs of the brush. Now, I am using a toothbrush to get the paint out of the outer hairs of my expensive paint brush!! I would only recommend this product if you are using a roller and painting a flat surface.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Disappointed (-) milky white when follow intstructions and applied at 70 degree day. This will require a complete re-do of over 2000 sf of concrete. (+) by using a hand sprayer for no greater than a 100 sf area and then quickly and firmly rolling out the sprayed area within 30 to 60 sec of applying spray it achieved the polished look. Moral of the story is the product directions are not well explained and I am out hundreds of dollars and multiple days time to fix. The milky look is just UGLY!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor product First. I use Behr for my painting needs and normally a good product. I have a stone mason that recently used this (4 gallons total) for a custom outdoor living area. Flagstone. They normally use a product from a stone yard but thought this would have the same effect. As time passes - the appearance is white hazy look. I don't understand and very disappointed in this product. They used it correctly and are subject matter experts when using this product. On another note - the stain/sealer for the arbor was wonderful! This stone sealer was horrible!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Product It makes the difference when applied to surface. Make sure to apply it when the surface is cool otherwise you will have a milky looking concrete.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stamped Concrete is now milky white Rolled this on stamped concrete that had been cured 30 days and cleaned. Weather was 72 degrees. Almost immediately the product turned milky white in many areas, over 70%, and stayed that way through the drying process. Now I will not apply a second coat, that will make it harder to remove. Terrible product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wet look turned milky on second coat I loved the way my patio looked after the first coat, but per the label I waited the 4 hours, and then applied the second coat, on a nice 75degree day, and the patio turned milky white... I am so disappointed... I spent alot of money to make sure I followed all of the instructions perfectly, to have it turn milky white on the final step! and now it sounds like I will have to spend more money to fix it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Indoor Saltillo Tile I have saltillo tile through most of my house. It is a porous material that has proven to be high maintenance over the 20+ years I have had it.. I have used numerous other products with little satisfaction or long lasting results. I tried this over 18 months ago and this has maintained a great look and has been very low maintenance and long lasting. I am very happy with it and I would highly recommend it for indoor use on saltillo.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love the wet look! Have to admit we put down three applications because I wanted a really shiny surface. It came out terrific! So easy to run a mop over floor and pick up all the spills and the debris my dog tracks through the area.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It Worked Great on My 4 Year Old Pavers Would have given it 5 stars if the result was darker. I researched a dozen products to use on my 4 year old patio pavers. Couldn't decide, the more I read the more indecisive I got. Living in Southern CA limits your choices to mostly water based products that get a lot of negative reviews. When I looked at the Miracle and Glaze N Seal lines they were way too expensive. I tested it with two coats that ended up looking better than I expected. I applied it to my pavers and I am really impressed with it. I applied it with a pump sprayer first on just about 10 sq ft at a time. I then went over it with a roller to eliminate the excess and lines. Then went to the next 10 sq ft area, and so on. The first coat was heavy, and when I used the roller it pushed the excess into the seams between the pavers. I waited 3 hours until applying the 2nd coat, and used about half of the product as the first coat. I did this in the same way as the first by spraying it on first and then rolling it out. It dried overnight and I was very impressed with it the next day. I have to make everyone aware of some key points that I realized. - It does go on milky and darken the pavers at first. Then it will finish with a glazed look that is darker than the dry bricks you'll start with. - This product will NOT make your pavers look as wet as if you just sprayed them with water. It is a darker glazed look. - Don't leave drips, lines, or puddles on the top of the pavers or you'll notice them after they dry. Use rollers to smooth it all out. - The excess that ends up in the seams between the pavers will dry eventually to a clear finish. - Don't do it on a windy day or you'll pick leaves off of the pavers until they dry. - Clean the stains before sealing because this product could make them look darker. - Use more than one coat. I used two and very satisfied. - The pavers may not look as dark as you are probably expecting, but the evenly glazed look I ended up with looks great in my opinion.
