How to apply BEHR PREMIUM® Protector and Waterproofer
Protect your surfaces from corrosion, spalling, efflorescence and freeze-thaw damage with our premium waterproofer.
For best results:
Make sure your surface is cleaned and prepped before applying the waterproofer.

Step-by-step process
Step 1
After the surface is cleaned and prepped, apply the BEHR PREMIUM® Protector and Waterproofer until the surface is saturated. Apply the product to a dry surface with a brush, roller or garden sprayer.
TIP: The spread rate is 250 sq. ft per gallon. Use when air and surface temperatures are between 50-90 degrees F.
Step 2
Remove any puddles by spreading product to drier areas or by wiping off excess with a clean cloth.
Step 3
On vertical surfaces, apply the waterproofer from the bottom up and saturate thoroughly.
Step 4
Once dried, rough, vertical surface may be coated with an oil or latex-based paint or primer. DO NOT paint horizontal surfaces after applying this product. Clean up with soap and water.
