This Edger Painter cut my painting time in 1/2!

I bought the Behr Edger Painter for under $5 while I bought my paint at Home Depot. I thought it might help save time. Wow! I didn’t need to use tape around every edge of my wall. I just used the edger tool to create a clean painted edge around all corners of the wall. It was so clean and easy. Then I painted the rest of the wall with a roller. I was done in half the time. Cleanup was super easy too. I highly recommend buying this tool.

Excellent for a beginner

Honestly, I’m a new homeowner whose motivation leaps off a cliff at the drop of a hat. Plus, painting is one of those things that people catastrophize constantly, so I was scared. But this made painting the first room so easy I got it done in a weekend and the trial and error was pretty small, so now onto the rest of the house.

Great Time Saver

This made painting a room so fast! Smooth, no marks. Caution, the pad can get saturated quickly and then drips paint. It's manageable but I did put plastic on the floor to catch the drips.

Great product, but..

This tool made my painting 10x faster by not having to tape everything off. It’s a learning curve on how much paint to have on the pad etc. but after a few minutes I had it down. I do have one suggestion, the handle needs to pivot to be able to go horizontal to then vertical. I found it very difficult to reach high areas using a pole and be able to do a side wall. I made it work, but I wasn’t able to use the wheels against a side wall.
