Escape to Calmer Waters

These dusty blue-green colors resemble the different hues found in calm ocean waters and cooling summers skies. The brightness is muted just slightly, evoking a sense of refreshed calmness. These colors are also associated with healing and reflection. They are gentle and fresh, the perfect colors to surround yourself, especially when you want to break away from the pressures of everyday life.

Painted furniture looks great in these colors. Adirondack chairs painted in Dragonfly PPU12-03 provide a calming place for relaxing outside.  When painting furniture in a room, pick a piece that is unique as this hue becomes the focal point.

The entry door painted in Nature’s Reflection N430-2 conveys a warm welcome. Whether you are walking through to your personal haven or leaving for an adventure, you will feel ready to embrace the day.

These hues look lovely in bathrooms. When paired with a bright hue, the room can take on a fun, tropical feel. Baby Aqua M440-3 is a nice backdrop for a bright peach color. The lightly dusted-blue hue lets the brighter hue pop. Both colors still hold the attention in the room complimenting each other.

For a relaxed calmness try Nature’s Reflection N430-2 on the walls surrounding your tub. This color brings on a quiet feeling.

What colors would go good with baby aqua. I have beige shower curtains. Will baby aqua work for walls?

Hello Angela, thank you for visiting our blog!
Baby Aqua will work with beige tones, whites, grays and neutrals perfectly.
Those beige shower curtains you have will work.
